Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Interior field or construction management or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years experience in handling retail project / brand
- Possess technical knowledge in details drawing & site condition
- Knowledge on furniture, material and finishing will be an added advantage
- Well versed with Microsoft Words/Excel/Project/Powerpoint and Design software (Photoshop, AutoCAD )
- Good team player and communication skill
- Meticulous and able to multitask
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with clients on project details
- Budgeting and cost management for submission and client’s review
- Manage time schedule
- Coordinate with Production team to ensure quality, quantity and production time
- Conduct quality check to ensure that products are built according to clients’ specification
- Collaborate with designers on project requirements
- Responsible and reporting on the progress
- Brief orders to suppliers
- Manage client’s expectations on projects
- Any other duties as assigned
